We ship both domestically and in Europe. Shipping times depend on your location. 

    • UK: £5.99 | Free shipping for deliveries over £80
    • Europe: £10.90 | Free shipping for deliveries over £60

 

Return Policy

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help! 

We will accept returns only on items that have been misrepresented and all return requests must be reviewed and approved prior to acceptance (please do not return an item before receiving an approval).

Any unworn, undamaged items will be happily accepted for exchange within 7 business days of delivery.

In order to be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged and must have all original packaging.

Processing time for returns may vary and take up to 7 business days from receipt of the return. 

All returns are at your expense, and require a tracking number. If the package is lost, and without a tracking number, you will be held responsible, and no refund or exchange can be made.

Once we’ll receive the order, we’ll verify the returned article(s), and we will send you an email to confirm or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Custom Orders, Pre-Orders and Sample Sale orders are Final Sale and not eligible for refund or return.
